Who we are

We are ANILADDA MEN’S WEAR, a menswear retailer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with stores in Peenya, Byadrahalli, Basavanagudi and Nelamangala. Our website address is https://aniladda.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. We also keep a record of what you ordered, the amount paid and the payment method used, so that we can deliver your order and handle any return or exchange later.

If you create an account, we store the details you enter in it, including any saved delivery addresses. If you contact us by email, phone or the contact form, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on your query.

Payment information

All online payments are processed by Razorpay on their own secure payment page. Your card number, UPI PIN and net banking credentials are entered directly with the payment gateway. We never see, receive or store those details. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference.

Who we share your information with

We share only what is necessary to complete your order:

• Our courier partner receives your name, delivery address and phone number so that your parcel can be delivered.
• Our payment gateway receives the information needed to process your payment.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart and wishlist working while you browse, to remember you if you log in, and to understand in general terms how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but please note that the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle returns, exchanges, warranty questions and our own accounting and legal obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. We will act on your request unless we are required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
