Shopping Information
Shirts, t-shirts and jackets come in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Jeans, trousers and pants come in waist sizes 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38. The sizes available for a particular item are shown on that item page, and any size not listed there is currently out of stock.
The easiest way is to measure a shirt or trouser you already wear comfortably and compare it with the measurements on the item page. If you fall between two sizes, we suggest going one size up for a relaxed fit. If you are still not sure, call or WhatsApp us on 9380561123 with your usual size and we will guide you, or visit any of our stores and try the piece on before buying.
We photograph every product in natural light and keep editing to a minimum, so what you see is very close to the real garment. Screen and mobile display settings can still make shades look slightly different. If the piece you receive looks clearly different from the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Always follow the care label stitched inside the garment. As a general rule: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, turn the garment inside out to protect the colour and any print, do not bleach, dry in shade rather than direct sunlight, and iron on medium heat. Embroidered pieces should be ironed inside out so the embroidery is not flattened.
If an item is available you will see an Add to Cart button on its page. If it is sold out, the item or that particular size will be marked as out of stock and cannot be added to the cart. Stock is updated as orders come in, so it is worth checking back.
No. You can check out as a guest using just your name, phone number and delivery address. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you track your orders, save your addresses for faster checkout and see your past purchases in one place.
Yes. Click Add to Wishlist on any product and it will be saved to your wishlist so you can come back to it later.
Yes. We have four stores around Bengaluru: Peenya, Byadrahalli, Basavanagudi and Nelamangala. All of them are open every day from 10am to 10pm. You can find the full addresses and directions on our Visit Our Store page.
Payment Information
You can pay by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), credit card, debit card or net banking. All online payments are processed through Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery.
Yes. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the delivery agent in cash when your order reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, as agents may not carry change.
Yes. Online payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their secure payment page. Your card number, UPI PIN and net banking credentials are entered on the gateway and are never seen or stored by us.
Yes. Enter your code in the coupon box on the cart or checkout page and click apply. The discount will be shown in your order total before you pay.
Payments that do not go through are reversed automatically by your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not see the amount back after that, email us at aniladdamenswear@gmail.com or call 9380561123 with the transaction or UTR number and the phone number used at checkout, and we will trace it for you.
All our prices are in Indian Rupees and the price you see on the product page is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes added at checkout. Any delivery charge, if applicable, is shown clearly in your order summary before you make payment.
Order Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of purchase. The piece must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and the original packaging intact.
Yes. If you want to report a damaged, marked, wrong or missing item, you must send us an uncut opening video. Start recording before you open the sealed parcel and keep recording continuously until the item is fully unpacked. Videos that are cut, edited, paused or started after the parcel is already open cannot be accepted, because the video is the only way for us to confirm that the damage happened before the order reached you.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Call or WhatsApp 9380561123, or email aniladdamenswear@gmail.com, with your order number and a short note on what the problem is. For any damage or marking, attach the uncut opening video. We will confirm your request and tell you what to do next.
Yes, within the same 7 day window and subject to availability, as long as the piece is unworn with its tags still attached. If the size or colour you want is not in stock, we will process a refund instead. You are also welcome to walk into any of our four stores and exchange the item there.
Once we receive the returned item and check its condition, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide.
We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, items returned without their original tags and packaging, or anything reported to us after the 7 day window has closed. Damage claims sent without an uncut opening video also cannot be processed.
If the item you received is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we arrange the return at no cost to you. If you are returning or exchanging simply because of a change of mind or a size issue, the cost of sending the item back is yours. You can also drop the item at any of our four stores at no cost.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our store.
Use our Track Order page and enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You can also click the tracking link we send you when your order is dispatched.
