Delivery

We deliver across India. Orders are packed and dispatched from our Bengaluru stores and carried by our courier partner, Delhivery.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There are no delivery or handling charges, and nothing is added at the payment step — the price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves our store we send you a tracking link. You can also check the status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Opening video

Please record an uncut opening video when your parcel arrives. Start recording before you open the sealed packet and keep recording until the item is fully unpacked. This video is compulsory if you need to report any damage, marks, a wrong item or a missing item.

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Full details are on our Returns + Exchanges page.
